Pipeline Isometry (Iso)

The pipeline isometry functions have been combined in an optionally available additional module which requires a separate licensing and can only be used in conjunction with the HiCAD Plant Engineering module.

Isometric drawings can only be generated if the parts comprising a pipeline are inserted with solid body and symbolic representation or hollow body and symbolic representation.

Please note that there are different Isometry functions for the drawing and for the layout plan: the Isometry functions for the layout plan can be found on the Isometry function group of the Plant Engineering tab, the Isometry functions for the drawing can be found on the Isometry tab.

Please note:

Isometric drawings can only be generated if the parts comprising a pipeline are inserted with solid body and symbolic representation or hollow body and symbolic representation.
Drawings containing isometric views are given a special ID, thus enabling HiCAD to recognise them and activate the corresponding toolbars and context menus.
