Sketch Technology - Arcs (3-D)

You use the Arc  function to insert arcs into the polyline within sketch technology.

Once you have selected the function, an auxiliary circle is created tangentially to the last line and the radius displayed at the cursor.

1. Choose RET to apply the radius or enter the value via the keyboard, after pressing the spacebar. Next, the arc aperture angle is displayed at the cursor.
2. Choose RET to apply the angle or enter the value after pressing the spacebar.

Note:

• The arc is also attached tangentially to a previously created arc.
• If you switch to Arc, the click position of the cursor is also evaluated when dragging the radius.
• If you click in the 1st or 2nd quadrant of the arc, the arc is tangentially attached in the direction of the graphical element that was created last.
• If you click in the 3rd or 4th quadrant when dragging the radius, the arc is tangentially attached in the opposite direction of the graphical element that was created last.
