Text Tools (2-D)

2-D Dimensioning + Text > Process (Text) > Language

The Tools function group on the 2-D Text+Dimensioning tab contains functions for the export of and translation of texts.

Function		Description
	Change language of text	You can change the language of texts in the active drawing automatically using this function. The prerequisite is for the texts to be contained in the HiCAD dictionary. After activating the function, select the original language and the target language and click OK. The text contained in the dictionary will be translated.

	Break up 2-D text	You use this function to convert texts to polylines, with a sub-part being created for each text line. You can then use the processing functions for graphical elements or parts to further process the polylines.
