Change Patterning Parameters (2-D)

2-D Part > Hatching > Define > Define > Change patterning parameters

After choosing the symbol, you can change the desired parameters individually.

  1. Click an icon.
  2. Change the desired parameters.
  3. Select Continue and identify the hatching.

 

Function

Description

Layer

You use this function to set the patterning layer. The default setting is layer 1.

Symbol angle

If you enter an angle, the symbol of a patterning is rotated.

Magnification factor

If you enter a factor, the symbol is enlarged or reduced.

Border offset

Here, you set the border offset of the pattern.

Symbol spacing

This function enables you to set the x- and y-spacing between the symbols of a patterning.
