2-D > 3-D, Level > Body (2-D)

3-D Standard > New> Extruded solid > 2-D->3-D Level -> Body

You use this function to convert 2-D parts to 3-D parts, by evaluating the overlap level. After activating the function, you select whether you want the active part or all 2-D parts to be transferred to 3-D.

The function then works internally in two steps:

1. The lines are converted to composite edges.
2. Parts with overlap are automatically assigned a depth, depending on level and size.
