2-D Dimensioning + Text > Process > Extras

The functions of the Extras pull-down menu in the Process function group of the 2-D Text and Dimensioning tab enable you to carry out various types of dimensioning. They are designed to provide you with help and support for more effective and faster dimensioning of special constructions.

Dimensioning + Text: Extras
	Refine dimension structure	This function enables you to refine the structure of chain dimensions. Proceed as follows: Identify the dimension via the dimension figure. Enter the succeeding point of the chain dimension.
Pull-down menu Extras
	Diameter, 2 points	Thread, 2 points
	Chamferdimensioning	Symmetrical dimensioning
	Part dimensioning	Table dimensioning, Individual Table dimensioning, In Rectangle
	Table dimensioning, Settings	Axially parallel dimension, with discontinued dimension line
	Half-section dimension	Half-section dimension (diameter)
	Factor for 2nd dimension figure	Reload new parameter list This function reloads BEMPAR.DAT into HiCAD. You now no longer need to re-start after changing the basic settings.
