Insert Main Part via DB (HICADPDM)

Drawing > Insert Part

Use this function to insert a part from the database into your drawing. The part can originate from another drawing or can be saved as an independent main part. The Insert Part function group on the Drawing tab offers the following options:

Exp. > From drawing - Parts, Via part master
Exp. > From drawing - Parts, Via document master
Insert part, via part master
Insert part, via document master

If you select one of these functions, the related search mask will be displayed. Select a document (part) and activate Apply. Specify a fitting point to place the part in your drawing.
