Select the required part master and assign it to the drawing with Apply. After assigning the part master, the document specification (DOCUMENT ENTER) mask will be displayed. The grey fields will be filled in automatically, e.g.Date etc.
The entries in the fields Article number and Designation will be shown in the Properties window of the ICN and in the Bill of Materials. The Document No. can be entered manually or generated automatically with the generation program (in the ...\exedirectory).
The Status in the database mask shows whether only a record or a record and a graphic are stored in the database. The status is generated by the system and is numerically coded as follows:
