Synchronize Tables

If you are working with tables from various users, you can synchronize your catalogues and those of the other users. This can be useful if records are used there which do not exist in your table and the data records of which you would like to take over.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Save the table of which you want to take over records in a different folder than your original table.
  2. Start the Catalogue Editor.
  3. Activate your table.
  4. In the Extras menu, select Table > AutoSync.
  5. The editor will ask you to select the reference table, i.e. the table of which you want to take over records.

All data sets of the reference file, which do not exist in your file will be transferred to your table.
